About this role

JOB SUMMARY The Managing Vice President, Food & Beverage is part of the Global Operations (GO) organization, where we work to enrich the experience of the stay – creating value for guests and owners while advancing authentic hospitality As Marriott International approaches its centennial, we are not simply celebrating a remarkable legacy – we are building boldly for the next 100 years. Guided by its Growing Forward strategy, Marriott is harnessing the strength of its brands, global scale, loyal customer base, and people-first culture to accelerate growth, embrace innovation, and create exceptional experiences for guests, owners, associates, and communities around the world. This is a defining moment for Marriott: an opportunity to help shape the next century of hospitality and translate extraordinary momentum into enduring impact. The Managing Vice President, Food & Beverage will be a critically important executive for the company, shaping the future of Food & Beverage across Marriott International’s global portfolio, setting the enterprise vision and strategic roadmap for approximately 22,000 outlets spanning managed, franchised, and third-party operating models. The role leads Food & Beverage as an enterprise platform - connecting strategy, standards, technology, partnerships, and operating capabilities to create distinctive guest experiences, strengthen owner economics, and deliver measurable business performance across brands, segments, and continents. Leading a team of discipline leaders, the MVP, FR&B turns insight and ambition into scalable solutions that can be adopted, localized, and sustained across Marriott’s diverse global system.

In partnership with Marriott’s continent teams, the Managing Vice President creates impact by setting a compelling direction, building enterprise alignment, and enabling leaders across the system to execute with excellence. Rather than relying on direct intervention in individual markets, this leader influences through others - engaging senior continent, brand, owner, franchise, and functional stakeholders to translate enterprise F&B priorities into action. As Marriott’s most senior Food & Beverage leader, the Managing Vice President brings industry gravitas, cultivates strategic relationships with leading external organizations and partners, and represents Marriott on the global stage. The role requires a leader who can navigate a complex enterprise, mobilize stakeholders, remove barriers, and deliver results at scale.

Track record of creating profitable, operational, and cutting-edge Food & Beverage solutions Proven ability to navigate a complex global enterprise, engage senior stakeholders across continents and disciplines, build alignment around shared priorities, and convert strategy into sustained execution. Recognized Food & Beverage industry leader with the credibility, network, and executive presence to represent Marriott across brands, segments, and global industry forums.
