We're seeking a versatile Facility Executive who combines people skills with technical know-how to deliver exceptional facility operations across soft services and MEP systems.

Soft Services Management: Oversee daily operations for housekeeping, cafeteria support, reception, pest control, and waste management Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and conduct quality audits across all service areas Coordinate workplace activities including meeting room setups, visitor management, and ad-hoc service requests Manage consumables inventory (cleaning supplies, pantry items, washroom supplies) and control costs MEP Responsibilities: Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Conduct routine inspections of MEP equipment and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules Coordinate with contractors for MEP repairs and ensure timely resolution of technical issues Monitor building systems performance and identify potential issues proactively Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations Prepare daily/weekly/monthly service reports and present updates to stakeholders Maintain records, checklists, and documentation for audits and compliance What You Bring Essential: 5 years of experience in facilities operations covering both soft services and technical maintenance Fundamental knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, and plumbing infrastructure Proven ability to manage MEP responsibilities alongside soft service operations Strong vendor management skills with experience tracking SLAs and KPIs Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities Flexibility to work in shifts or provide on-call support as per site requirements Preferred: Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) or relevant technical certifications Experience in commercial office or corporate facility environments Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) Certification in Facility Management or related fields Why JLL?
