Surveillance Supervisor- Full Time (Harrah's Hoosier Park)

MUST MAINTAIN STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY AT ALL TIMES AS RELATED TO THE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND OPERATION. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE. Supervises and coordinates activities related to the daily operation of the surveillance department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training and mentoring employees; planning, assigning, scheduling and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems and the overall effective operation of the shift. These responsibilities are coordinated with the Surveillance Lead Supervisors, Surveillance Manager, and Surveillance Director. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: Surveillance Operators
