JP Easy Shipは、出品者さまの商品をAmazonの配送ネットワークに乗せ、お客様へ早く確実にお届けする急成長中のビジネスです。ファーストマイル・ミドルマイル・ラストマイルを一つのエンドツーエンドのネットワークとしてつなぎ、世界最高水準のお客様体験の実現を目指しています。 本ポジションでは、JP Easy Shipのネットワーク管理とスピード改善を支えるプログラムコーディネーターを募集しています。チームが定めたネットワーク戦略・設計方針のもとで、プロジェクトの運営サポートと調整業務を中心に担っていただきます。具体的には、担当プロジェクトの進捗管理、タスク・スケジュールのトラッキング、関係者との連絡調整、データ集計・レポート作成、ドキュメント整備などを通じて、プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう支援します。 活躍していただける方の要件として、以下を想定しています。 ・明確に定義された手順や指示にもとづき、担当タスクを正確かつ期限どおりに遂行できる方 ・進捗や課題を適時に報告し、必要に応じてマネージャーやプロジェクト担当者にエスカレーションできる方 ・社内の関係部門と日常的に連絡を取り、会議調整や情報共有を丁寧に行える方 ・スケジュール・タスク・資料を整理し、プロジェクト運営を体系的にサポートできる方（プロジェクトマネジメントの基礎知識〔PMBOK、アジャイルなど〕があれば尚可） ・データの集計やレポート作成に抵抗がなく、正確さと丁寧さをもって業務に取り組める方 ・物流・ネットワーク領域が未経験でも、新しい分野に意欲的に取り組み、学ぶ姿勢をお持ちの方 JP Easy Ship is a fast-growing business that puts sellers' products onto Amazon's delivery network to reach customers quickly and reliably. By bringing first mile, middle mile, and last mile together into a single end-to-end network, we aim to deliver a world-class customer experience. We are looking for a Program Coordinator to support JP Easy Ship's network and speed improvements. Working within the network and speed strategy and design direction set by the team, you will focus on project support and coordination — tracking progress of assigned projects, managing tasks and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, compiling data and reports, and maintaining documentation to keep projects running smoothly.
