How you will contribute You will work cross-functionally to execute the brand strategy for one of our iconic brands. Day-to-day, this means: Developing product, packaging and pricing initiatives that drive brand and category growth. Planning and executing integrated marketing communications and media plans with our agency partners. Building robust business cases and providing input into annual marketing plans to deliver revenue, profit and market share targets. Leading innovation from concept through to launch plans with trackable consumer and commercial KPIs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams ( Sales, Category, Finance, R&D and Supply Chain ) to bring plans to life in-market. Monitoring brand performance using commercial and consumer data, diagnosing issues a nd rec ommending action. More about this role What extra ingredients you will bring: Required 1–2 years in a commercial role, ideally Marketing (ABM/JBM/BM) in FMCG. Strong candidates from adjacent functions (Category, Sales, Insights) with marketing aptitude will also be considered. P&L management and budget ownership experience . Innovation and/or project management experience —leading initiatives from insight to execution. Proficiency with data tools (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar ) Desirable Agency management and above-the-line (ATL) campaign experience Experience working in a complex matrix organisation . Additional Details Role Status: We are proactively building a pipeline for future opportunities. Work Schedule: Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Uxbridge office. Travel: Ad hoc travel may be required dependent on role and business need.
