WHO WE ARE
LOOKING FOR Nike is looking for a strategic Director, Treasury Cash & Banking Americas leader who will manage cash, liquidity, and banking activities across the Americas driving working capital optimization, balance sheet stewardship, treasury operations, and funding strategies that support growth and financial resilience. This role sits within Nike’s Treasury organization, leading cash, liquidity and banking activities across the Americas reporting to the VP, Assistant Treasurer. Treasury partners across Finance Operations, Global Tax, Global Controlling, Legal, Global Technology, Global Business Planning and external banking partners. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON You’ll lead Treasury Cash and Banking for the Americas, driving the strategies, partnerships and operating discipline that keep Nike financially agile. You’ll connect teams, improve visibility, optimize liquidity and help shape the future of Treasury operations across the region. Lead cash management, liquidity, and banking activities across the Americas region Develop and lead a high-performing team while strengthening Treasury capabilities and talent Execute strategies that optimize working capital, cash visibility, liquidity, and operational efficiency Partner with regional Cash and Banking Directors and key business stakeholders to advance forecasting, funding, intercompany optimization, and cash concentration capabilities Deliver insights and recommendations that support Treasury leadership decision-making Ensure alignment with Global Treasury strategies, governance, and transformation priorities Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across regional Treasury activities WHAT YOU BRING 10+ years Treasury experience with at a large multinational corporation Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent education, experience and training Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop, and retain a diverse and talented team Strong ability to lead transformation, driving through ambiguity Passion for macroeconomics, operational excellence, process optimization Proven experience leading, coaching, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
