MSO Specialist

To provide hands-on operational, technical & training support across all facets of the customer production environment.

Strict adherence to standardised repair process & enforce same with site staff Ability to quickly identify and remedy on-site production bottlenecks Hands on role – vehicle preparation, paint mixing, paint application in line with site requirements Ongoing equipment maintenance – spray equipment / UV & IR lamps / gun-wash machines / color tools etc. Ability to train, mentor and discipline customer paint & panel staff as required Staff training - On-site & PPG Training Centre, one on one training, staff assessments, and pre-employment assessments Monthly Site Audits to identify areas of concern in relation to EHS, process and operations Requirements: Ideally 5 years plus of hands-on experience within a high-volume vehicle repair environment Experience with process driven environments High level of interpersonal & communication skills at all levels of business Ability to enforce process is a non-negotiable requirement Understanding of labour productivity and the relationship to overall profitability. Sound planning, time management and organisational skills. Extensive knowledge of PPG products and application systems.
