The Southern Company Talent Acquisition – Campus Recruiting team is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded Recruiting Coordinator to join a high-impact team that supports the execution of campus recruiting operations. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support that helps keep recruiting activity organized, compliant, timely, and candidate-focused. Key Responsibilities
Maintain ownership and support of the campus recruitment process and hiring expectations for assigned customer groups Provide administrative and coordination support for key components of the campus recruitment process, helping deliver an efficient, organized, compliant, and candidate-focused hiring experience for assigned customer groups. Maintain accurate recruiting records, candidate documentation, requisition details, interview schedules, event logistics, and other tracking tools to support timely reporting and follow-through. Partner closely with Campus Recruiting Consultants to support requisition creation, candidate communication, interview coordination, screening candidates, offer and hire processing, and other tasks that help move candidates through the recruiting lifecycle. Provide support for campus recruiting events, which may include assisting with preparation, materials, logistics, attendance tracking, follow-up communication. Occasionally participate in career awareness events such as career fairs, informational sessions, and interview preparation programs with local community groups, colleges/universities Lead and participate in various projects associated with campus recruiting process, resources, tools and technologies. Coordinate interview schedules, candidate travel or meeting details when applicable, calendar holds, room reservations, virtual meeting links, and communications with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview teams. Support data entry, spreadsheet updates, status tracking, candidate dispositioning, onboarding handoffs, and routine reporting to help ensure recruiting information remains current, accurate, and complete. Perform all work in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations, equal employment opportunity requirements, immigration guidelines, company policy, and management direction. Communicate with warmth, professionalism, and accuracy when engaging candidates, human resources partners, hiring managers, and business leaders. Conduct telephone screening of candidates in support of recruiters, supervisors, and hiring managers. Participate periodically as an objective representative during interviews in support of recruiters, supervisors, and hiring managers. Job Qualifications:

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
