Program Quality Engineer responsible for collaborating with all quality subdisciplines to define the quality tasks within the program and to define the quality tasks within the Quality Assurance Plan.  This includes the design, development and implementation of standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of company products in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.    Essential Functions: Coordinates and leads the resolution of non-conformances, including MRB, root cause analysis, developing and implementing corrective actions and verifying effectiveness of corrective actions taken for assigned programs. Reviews product drawings and documents for completeness, correctness, and compliance with L3Harris document standards. Runs or supports investigations into the cause for discrepancies and nonconformities to develop disposition and recommend corrective action plans. Leads material review board and Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) activities. Continuously looks for opportunities to make moderate to substantial improvements in processes, systems, solutions, or products to enhance performance of job area Works with Supply Chain to set up material acquisition and manages supplier corrective actions. Performs audits of quality control processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective action. Trains team members on quality control processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 6-years prior relevant experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4-years of prior related experience. Active Top Secret / SCI with CI Polygraph   Preferred Additional Skills: Experience working programs requiring compliance to AS9100D, including the space addendum Practical knowledge in leading and managing projects, processes, and production Knowledge and skills within the Quality profession ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Experience with Oracle Agile PLM, Windchill, Cincom, and DOORS software suites.
