Job Description
Responsible for leading internal project ( s ) in Partner Delivery organization with a Global or Geo-specific impact, to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing. Manages internal stakeholders and third-party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues. Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. A ct s as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues. How you will make your mark: Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of key Services’ operational policies and processes as well as methodologies , tools and techniques ap plicable to project management Implement s project governance & structure, i.e. communications and stakeholder management plans , etc. Design s and implement s Operations governance, lead s process improvement projects and may act as a process SME Monitor s project progress/performance to achieve goals with in agreed timeframe and quality Manages project financials , including business impact Meets approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecast s to Management Manages stakeholder relationships Leads (virtual) project team s : Lead s internal as well as external resources within a predefined area in order to drive projects from objective assessment and design, up to implementation in countries, including effective hand-over to operation teams . Provides performance review input and development recommendations for team members. Provide s timel y and structured updates to stakeholders and management with appropriate content and format Manage s conflicts, mitigate s risks and escalate s /raise s awareness on issues to sponsor/management Ensure s project targets and goals are achieved Exercise s independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select appropriate solutions About you: Bachelor degree or equivalent 2 + years in pro ject management roles or 5 + years in similar roles/businesses. Fluent in written and verbal English PMP®, Agile/Scrum or similar project management certification s are preferred ITIL Foundation Certification Lean Kaizen or Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt is an advantage Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Analytical skills and a consultative approach to operational and change management Sound commercial awareness and general business acumen Decision maker R esult oriented and innovative person
