Contract Staff AI Engineer [Full Stack Developer] (24 months)

This is a 2 year contract position.

Key responsibilities in your new role The AI Engineer will serve as a technical expert in the fields of AIML , NLP , GenAI & deeper understanding and experience in Software Engineering . The primary responsibilities of this role will include: Act as a technical expert in AI/ML , Generative AI , and Agentic AI , providing engineering, and operational guidance for enterprise AI initiatives. Design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered web, desktop, and enterprise solutions, transforming proof-of-concepts into scalable, secure, and production-ready products. Develop and maintain AI applications , GenAI platforms , and agent-based solutions, including AI coworkers and knowledge worker agents that enhance business productivity. Operate and continuously improve AI solutions through monitoring , observability , troubleshooting, performance optimization , bug fixing , and change implementation. Support and maintain AI infrastructure , tools, and platforms, while providing technical assistance and guidance to users and stakeholders on AI-related capabilities and best practices.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed This is a 24 months contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to partner company. Masters or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent. Profile/Experience : Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in AI , including at least 2 years focusing on GenAI (e.g. RAG , Agents ). Strong experience with AI agent frameworks and GenAI protocols , including LangGraph , Google ADK , Model Context Protocol (MCP) , Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication , and related ecosystem components. Good understanding of GenAI application evaluation , tracing , observability , monitoring , and debugging , ensuring reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions. 3+ years of software engineering experience with solid knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD , DevOps practices , automation , and Python-based development . Strong hands-on experience in developing modern web applications using React and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask , with deployment and operational experience on Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms.
