Industrial Engineer Co-Op

Provide support to the operations team Execute time studies to find wastes in our manufacturing processes.

Participate in Aptar’s continuous improvement process by using problem solving techniques

Perform root cause analysis to aid in solving problems in our operations Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiencies throughout the plant Support the operations manager in day-to-day tasks to maximize uptime, quality and safety. Develop new cell layouts to aid operators and eliminate waste.

Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a mechanical/industrial engineering or other relevant manufacturing degree Quick learner and able to operate in a fast-paced work environment Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to take initiative Ability to work effectively on teams and independently Experience with or willingness to learn AutoCAD & Advanced Excel Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage many work streams simultaneously Strong experience with computers (especially MS Word, Excel, Project & Power Point ) Strong communication skills

Schedule : Full-Time during Co-Op term: January 2027 – August 2027 or May 2027 - December 2027

Location : On-site in Mukwonago, WI
