At Universal Creative, we design, develop, and deliver the most compelling entertainment experiences imaginable. Our Facilities and Construction roles manage creative design decisions, ensure constructability, and oversee project budgets and schedules to bring our projects to life. We empower our team to provide positive vendor management, innovative engineering and design direction, and strong hands-on field supervision. This is a fixed-term contract role until May 2029. The incumbent will be responsible for developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. Responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and statusing internal and/or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule. This includes providing project controls advisements and progress analysis for senior management decision making as well as tracking current and future resources and production progress based on the Integrated Master Schedule. Scope of planning and scheduling responsibilities include development/establishment of project schedules, show/ride concept development, show, ride, facility, area development designs, building construction, show/ride production, installation, and commissioning stages. Prepares project life cycle and project master schedules and statuses the project schedules utilizing Primavera software. Develops comprehensive plans and schedules from multiple discipline drawings and specifications. Prepares project plans and works with scoping/strategy documents to develop integrated project master schedules. Prepares schedule contract milestones for bid packages. Provides project team with Schedule guidance during all phases of the project.
