The Manufacturing Manager provides strategic direction for all production operations, leading Production Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. How will you make an impact? As a Manufacturing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping operational success by leading manufacturing strategy, developing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will influence plant performance through operational excellence, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and safety. What will you do? Provide strategic leadership and direction for all production operations within the facility. Lead, coach, mentor, and develop Production Managers and their teams to achieve operational and business objectives. Establish and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with plant goals and customer requirements. Drive daily manufacturing performance to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives. Develop performance expectations, monitor operational metrics, and implement corrective actions to improve results. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Human Resources, and other functional leaders to ensure operational alignment. Develop production schedules, staffing plans, and resource strategies to support customer demand. Champion Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve productivity and eliminate waste. Analyze manufacturing performance data and implement improvement plans that support business objectives. Lead workforce planning initiatives, including talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Oversee Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, and Engineering Support functions as required. Develop and manage departmental operating budgets, capital expenditures, and labor planning. Approve and support employee training and development programs. Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality management systems. Serve as the senior escalation point for production challenges, resource constraints, and operational issues. Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization. Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team focused on operational excellence and employee development. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. How will you get here?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or another technical discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Extensive experience leading production operations through multiple levels of management. Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives. Demonstrated success managing budgets, workforce planning, and organizational development. Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing
