The Director, Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing is responsible for defining and executing the strategy that drives healthcare professional engagement, adoption, advocacy, and business growth across the diabetes portfolio. This executive leader oversees the full spectrum of HCP marketing, including brand and product marketing, personal promotion, omnichannel engagement, CRM, digital and web experiences, content strategy, peer-to-peer engagement, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations. They are accountable for creating an integrated customer engagement model that delivers a seamless experience across called-on and non-called-on healthcare professional audiences. As a key member of the U.S. Marketing Leadership Team, the Director partners closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Analytics, and Global Marketing to align strategy, accelerate growth, and maximize commercial performance. The role is responsible for leading a large, multi-functional marketing organization, developing current and future leaders, building best-in-class marketing capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity. This position represents a unique opportunity to shape the future of HCP engagement at Abbott Diabetes Care. Enterprise HCP Strategy & Commercial Leadership Define and lead the U.S. HCP marketing strategy across all healthcare professional segments.
