Performance Test Lead

1. **JMeter Hands On** (35% - Primary Focus)   - **5+ years** of hands-on JMeter experience   - Deep expertise in end-to-end JMeter implementation:   - Experience with JMeter in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)   - Proficiency in JMeter scripting and custom development   - Performance benchmarking and baseline establishment  2. **Performance Engineering & RCA** (30% - Mandatory)   - Strong understanding of performance engineering principles and methodologies   - Expert-level capability in analyzing and interpreting:   - **Heap Dumps** – memory profiling, garbage collection analysis, memory leaks identification   - **Thread Dumps** – thread state analysis, deadlock detection, thread contention issues - Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodology and execution 3. **Observability (Dynatrace Preferred)** (15% - Mandatory) - Hands-on experience with APM tools; **Dynatrace preferred** - Dashboard creation and metric visualization - Root cause correlation across systems - Integration with JMeter for correlated performance testing  4. **Coding/Scripting Languages** (15% - Mandatory) - **Java** –
