T his Manufacturing Co-op is a fully in-person opportunity based in Naperville, IL , and only local candidates will be considered for the role. The program will begin in early 2027, based on a mutually agreed-upon start date, and will continue through December 2027. Candidates must be able to work all required hours onsite in Naperville for the duration of the program. Candidates must also be available for the following work schedule: January 2027 – May 14, 2027: Part-time hours May 18 – August 6, 2027: Full-time hours August – December 2027: Part-time hours through the completion of the program Selected candidates are expected to maintain availability throughout each phase of the co-op and work all scheduled hours in person at the Naperville site. As part of Manufacturing, you’ll use your skills, our systems, and a wide array of raw materials to help create the delicious, finished products our consumers love. While taking ownership in your area of work, you’ll also ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues while producing our top-quality products reliably and efficiently within our integrated supply chain. As a Manufacturing Co-Op, you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working closely with site engineering, operations, and production teams to improve the efficiency, reliability, and overall performance of manufacturing processes. A significant portion of the program will be spent on the production floor, building an understanding of how products are manufactured, observing day-to-day operations, attending production and control meetings, and identifying opportunities to improve how our lines and equipment operate. Throughout the co-op , you may support projects focused on process optimization, loss analysis, waste reduction, equipment performance, and production efficiency. This could include analyzing production data and line performance, identifying sources of downtime or material loss, investigating root causes, and partnering with site teams to develop and implement solutions. Co-Ops may also have the opportunity to lead or participate in Kaizen events and other continuous improvement initiatives, using methodologies and principles such as Lean Six Sigma, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
