Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Please review the following job description: The Wholesale Early Careers Associate serves as a key resource supporting the execution of Wholesale Early Talent Programs across all Wholesale lines of business (LOBs). This role ensures seamless coordination of program activities, fosters engagement among early career teammates, and contributes to building a strong talent pipeline aligned with Wholesale strategic priorities The position provides significant exposure to talent strategy, workforce planning, program management, and executive stakeholder engagement. LOCATION: Open to candidates within the Truist footprint. Truist in office requirement is 5 days per week. No full remote or relocation assistance available at this time. Early Careers Program Delivery Support end-to-end execution of Wholesale internship, analyst, and associate programs, including onboarding, training, rotations, performance milestones, conversion, and ongoing development. Build and maintain integrated project plans, workback schedules, dependencies, decision logs, and risk trackers across multiple programs and lines of business. Coordinate program activities such as technical training, speaker series, networking, manager touchpoints, and participant communications. Own defined program workstreams and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating decisions with clear recommendations. Partner with business leaders, program managers, Recruiting, Learning, HR, Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders to execute a consistent and well-governed operating model. Support strategic initiatives such as future-state program design, new pathways, operating model enhancements, curriculum modernization, and manager readiness. Conduct research, benchmarking, and structured analysis to inform recommendations on program structure, content, timing, and participant experience. Convert broad objectives into clear workplans, requirements, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Data, Analytics & Technical Enablement Support end-to-end execution of Wholesale internship, analyst, and associate programs, including onboarding, training, rotations, performance milestones, conversion, and ongoing development. Build and maintain integrated project plans, workback schedules, dependencies, decision logs, and risk trackers across multiple programs and lines of business. Coordinate program activities such as technical training, speaker series, networking, manager touchpoints, and participant communications. Own defined program workstreams and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and escalating decisions with clear recommendations. Build efficient, scalable solutions using Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and structured analytical models. Create polished and logically structured PowerPoint materials that connect analysis to a clear business story and decision path. Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI capabilities to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, draft content, and improve workflows while validating outputs for accuracy, confidentiality, and business context. Leverage Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, and Forms to manage
