AECOM's Enterprise Capabilities team is looking for a BIM Modeller to join our team in China. About Enterprise Capabilities Fundamental to our Think and Act Globally strategy and digital adoption, Enterprise Capabilities (EC) is AECOM’s primary vehicle for workshare. Operating across geographic boundaries and time-zones, EC partners with regional and Global Business Line project teams to provide technical expertise, accelerate delivery and keep AECOM competitive in the industry. With a team of over 3000 technical professionals located across nine countries and remote technical anchors, EC teams are trusted to deliver high-quality, specialist services that help to fill capability gaps, resourcing needs and technical constraints on projects of all scopes and sizes.

Perform BIM modeling and maintain models under the guidance of the project leader. Utilize BIM technology to assist project engineers in engineering design tasks. Apply BIM technology for 2D drawing creation, rendering, and construction simulation. Engage in BIM technology research and promotion activities.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. At least 1 year of experience in BIM modeling. Hardworking, eager to learn, highly responsible, and a strong team player. Familiarity with BIM and related workflows. Proficiency in at least one BIM modeling software (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.). Strong analytical, judgment, communication, and professional skills. Good written and spoken English proficiency.
