The US PwC Ethics & Compliance team is seeking a full-time Polaris Admin Specialist to support the Polaris Back-Office Platform behind My Compliance Dashboard (MCD). You will help create and maintain platform events, administer back-office workflows, support critical compliance processes, execute user acceptance testing, and turn operational data into clear insights and action. This role is designed for someone who enjoys understanding how systems and processes work, investigating inconsistencies, solving practical problems, and improving the way work gets done. You will collaborate with compliance stakeholders and team members while building technical capability across data analysis, reporting, automation, testing, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Administering platforms: Creating, updating, validating, and maintaining questions, confirmations, events, content, and related workflows in the Polaris Back-Office Platform and MCD based on approved requirements and stakeholder feedback. Supporting compliance processes: Supporting recurring and evolving compliance activities, including Annual Compliance Confirmation, Engagement Independence Confirmations, Personal Independence activities, PCAOB attestations, Core Compliance requirements, credential monitoring, and the transition of the Mandatory Assurance Curriculum to MCD management. Executing user acceptance testing: Executing UAT for new and enhanced Polaris 2.0 functionality; documenting test scenarios and results, identifying and clearly describing issues, validating outcomes, and coordinating follow-up through resolution. Analyzing and reconciling data: Analyzing and reconciling information across L&D reports, MCD data, and other relevant sources; investigating discrepancies, identifying patterns or root causes, and supporting timely corrective action. Producing reports and visualizations: Producing accurate, data-driven reports and visualizations using Excel and Power BI to support operational monitoring, business analysis, and stakeholder reporting. Managing incidents and requests: Processing incidents and requests according to established procedures, including categorization, assignment, prioritization, resolution, escalation, and clear documentation of actions and outcomes. Driving automation and process improvement: Identifying manual or repetitive activities that may benefit from simplification or automation; supporting practical improvements using Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Alteryx, AI-enabled tools, or other approved technologies. Maintaining documentation and controls: Maintaining comprehensive, current, and usable process documentation; performing quality checks and supporting consistent execution of key controls. Collaborating with stakeholders: Translating business requirements into clear operational steps, communicating technical or data-related findings in an accessible way, and working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
