As our Multi-Category Consumer Programs Sr. Specialist (M/F/D), you will drive the loyalty strategy and customer engagement agenda, creating impactful experiences that strengthen long-term customer relationships and business growth. Impact You'll Own • Shape and drive our local loyalty strategy to strengthen customer engagement, retention, and long-term business growth • Create meaningful customer experiences and compelling loyalty propositions across our multi-category portfolio • Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve customer value, acquisition, and loyalty performance What You'll Do • Develop and execute the local loyalty strategy in collaboration with the Marketing & Digital team • Lead loyalty initiatives, campaigns, and CRM activities across the customer lifecycle • Create and optimize offers, rewards, and experiences to enhance customer engagement and retention • Monitor campaign and program performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement • Manage loyalty budgets, forecasting, reporting, and ROI tracking • Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Sales, Operations, Digital, Finance, and external partners • Prepare analyses, reports, and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders Skills & Capabilities • 3+ years of experience in Loyalty, CRM, Customer Engagement, or a related field • Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Development, UX or similar • Strong understanding of loyalty programs, CRM strategies, and campaign performance management • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, agencies, or external partners • A collaborative and proactive mindset with strong communication skills • Passion for consumer-centricity and data-driven decision making • Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage Rewards & Benefits • We offer you an all-in employment contract with flexible working hours, the possibility to work remotely, and a variety of benefits that enhance your well-being and quality of life. • This currently includes, among others: meal vouchers, a Wiener Linien job ticket, and a discounted MyClubs membership.
