As a New Product Introduction Engineer, you will drive wafer-level reliability and quality performance for advanced NAND flash products through data analysis, failure diagnostics, and process optimization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and enhance reliability test capabilities, investigate quality issues, support product qualification, and deliver insights that improve manufacturing performance, product reliability, and time-to-market. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, technical curiosity, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Hands-on data visualization and chart generation (eg. JMP)  Data Processing tools such as Perl, Python (similar programming/scripting languages)  HTML development for data display interface   Electrical Failure Analysis diagnostic skills  Accountable for Fab Reliability performance, define wafer level Reliability sampling plan, execute OCAP procedures and Bench EFA validation. Work with fab to meet extrinsic and intrinsic targets through process improvement.  Development of new Wafer Level Reliability (WLR) capability as a proxy for equivalent backend Unit Level Reliability (ULR) test. Make enhancements to existing capabilities to improve correlation and accuracy.  Part of the Fab quality team contributing as SME in reliability fail modes and its associated detection, drives and engages in quality projects for overall Excursion mitigation.  Act on and provide Corrective and Preventive Actions for CQE and FEMQA teams with regards to customer feedbacks on quality and product issues.  Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. Deliverable: To enhance, characterize and test defectivity performance of next generation NAND flash product.
