This is a part-time program in which you will receive several trainings & coaching to develop professional skills while experiencing our inclusive culture led by our principles: Service, Hearth, Curiosity, Courage and Excellence. No prior work experience is needed. We seek proactive, creative, and self-driven university students eager to learn and grow. This could be your start to something big!

Student from Accounting, Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, International Relations or similar (since 7 th cycle) Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written). Part-time availability (30hs per week) Availability to work in Lima, Peru. What's next on the Recruiting process? After you click ‘Apply’ , the first step is to fully complete your application. Once you have submitted your application, if you meet the minimum requirements for our program you will be invited to c omplete a video interview through HireVue . Despite the fact that this video is not required in a mandatory or excluding manner, we highly recommend you to complete this step in the process within 48 hours of receiving the email invite. HireVue will allow you to prepare and practice before you move forward with the video interview. Keep in mind your video submission should be complete in English, unless directly advised otherwise.
