Join our team as a Product Specialist, Head & Neck and play a key role in expanding the adoption and growth of our surgical portfolio across Western Europe. As the regional product expert, you will partner with surgeons, distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive market development, deliver clinical education, and support the successful commercialization of innovative solutions. Through strong customer relationships and strategic collaboration, you will help advance procedural adoption while contributing to business growth across the region. You will report to the Marketing Director and will be working remotely. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive portfolio growth across Western Europe through customer engagement, clinical support, and market development initiatives. Deliver product training, educational programs, and field-based support for customers, distributors, and internal teams. Lead product launches and commercialization activities, ensuring successful adoption of current and future innovations. Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive insights, and barriers to adoption to inform business strategy and growth plans. Partner with regional Sales and Marketing teams to execute growth strategies, achieve revenue targets, and optimize portfolio performance. Develop product positioning, customer segmentation, value propositions, and impactful marketing and scientific communication materials. Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Head & Neck surgeons and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to advance clinical, educational, and commercial objectives. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. Min 4 years’ experience in downstream marketing preferably within medical devices or healthcare. Demonstrated experience working in cross-regional environments. Strong ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority. Proven project management and execution capabilities. Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
