Overview The Director, Supply Chain India Leader is responsible for leading the end‑to‑end supply chain across India, a strategically critical market within APAC. This role provides enterprise leadership across in‑market supply chain teams and partners closely with the India Commercial Lead to enable business performance, growth, and customer outcomes. The role carries full accountability for supply chain execution, asset deployment and utilization, customer service and operations, and reliable delivery to end customers. A core member of the regional leadership team, the India Supply Chain Leader translates business strategy into supply chain plans, delivers insights into demand and capacity dynamics, and ensures optimal cost‑to‑serve while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership Own and lead the end‑to‑end supply chain across India, from demand shaping and asset strategy through to customer delivery and service execution. Provide functional leadership to in‑market Supply Chain Leaders, covering: Asset installation and utilization Customer service and operations Order fulfilment and delivery execution Ensure consistent, high‑performance supply chain standards across diverse markets and operating models. Business Partnership & IBP Leadership Partner closely with the India Commercial Lead and market leadership teams to: Understand business strategy, growth drivers, and market‑specific priorities Translate commercial ambition into executable supply chain plans Play a critical role in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) by: Providing insights into demand signals, capacity constraints, and risk/opportunity trade‑offs Shaping and challenging demand plans to support growth while protecting service and cost performance Act as a trusted advisor to commercial and regional leaders on supply chain implications of market decisions. Asset Strategy, Growth & Enablement Lead India supply chain strategies for: Asset efficiency and utilization New asset installation and deployment planning New Product Introductions (NPIs) and other growth enablers Life cycle management within the portfolio Ensure capital and asset deployment decisions are aligned to demand evolution, customer needs, and long‑term business strategy. Drive standardization and best‑practice sharing across markets to accelerate time‑to‑value. Cost Optimization & Service Excellence Lead initiatives to optimize the end‑to‑end cost‑to‑serve while maintaining or improving customer service levels.
