Specialist II, Purchasing/Procurement (Demand Planner)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage planning activities to ensure the production line and pull systems have adequate supply. Create short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts & continuously improve forecast accuracy. Align demand plans with supply, production, inventory, and financial plans Manage demand transitions during product phase-in and phase-out. Utilize NBS Next tools to drive for leadership level on-time delivery Education and Experience Associates or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Business and/or relevant work experience.   3 years in a supply chain or planning role; manufacturing environment preferred. ERP experience highly desired Skills and Abilities Demand forecasting and statistical analysis Data interpretation and problem-solving Stakeholder management and communication Business acumen and supply chain knowledge Effective verbal and written communication skills Working Environment and Physical Demands To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
