Staff Systems Test Engineer

Level: 2-5 years  Roles & Responsibilities Understand end‑to‑end system/product functionality, architecture, and integrations. Develop and execute test plans, and detailed test cases. Automate test cases using appropriate frameworks and scripting languages. Use AI‑based testing tools  for test case generation, defect prediction, and intelligent analysis. Apply basic ML-driven insights  to identify patterns or potential issues in logs, behaviours, or test results. Document and evaluate test results with clear, actionable findings. Detect, log, and report bugs; collaborate with developers for troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Review, enhance, and maintain test scripts and test procedures. Work with tools for test management, debugging, logging, and automation. Must Have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Good knowledge of Web Applications, Computer Systems, Networks, and Databases. Programming skills in C#  or any modern programming language. Strong understanding of OOPS  concepts. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts  and ability to work with AI‑assisted tools. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and ownership skills.
