Security Specialist

Texas Instruments is seeking a bilingual Security Specialist to lead physical security operations in Aguascalientes, Mexico and provide primarily virtual oversight and support for TI PDC operations in Guadalajara, Mexico, with occasional site visits to help ensure security standards are maintained. This role is responsible for protecting people, facilities, and operations through strong site leadership, contract guard force oversight, security systems management, risk assessment, incident response, compliance, and continuous improvement. This leader will work closely with site leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure security programs enable safe, resilient, and efficient operations. Success in this role requires strong partnership and collaboration, sound judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to communicate effectively.
