The EPDM Region Business Partner owns the relationship with the Region and individual market level stakeholders across Logistics and Sales, ensuring a clear operating model exists between our GCC’s , EPDM Region BU & Order Management functions. This role focuses on business development and improving the ways of working with our stakeholders, improving customer satisfaction and driving operational effectiveness and efficiencies through continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Region Business Partner will also ensure GBS drives the E2E process across respective function scopes and is highly connected to the business value outcomes relevant to the Region. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Own the relationship with regional and market-level stakeholders across Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, IT, Procurement and external solution partners, ensuring a clear operating model exists between GCCs, EPDM BU teams, global functions and regional Order Management operations. Lead OKR Goal & Target alignment across GBS, EPDM Logistics and Sales teams relating to Order Management Define & Implement a Globally Aligned Operating & Interaction model between GBS, Global & Region BU teams Drive the Customer satisfaction agenda across GBS Order Management function in EPDM Region Own the GBS Order Management business development requirements within the EPDM region and execution of year + 1 strategic plans Work closely with GCC/BPO operations teams to ensure cohesive coordination and execution of shared tasks and goals Track performance metrics for the EPDM region, preparing regular reports for region leadership to assess progress and identify areas for improvement Govern the identification, prioritisation and resolution of process pain points using process intelligence, automation, digitalisation, data governance, operational excellence, benchmarking and continuous improvement methodologies Represent the EPDM Order Management organisation within global governance forums, operating model design initiatives, strategic planning activities and future-state transformation programmes. Act as business owner or regional SME for OM system changes, coordinating requirements, UAT, business sign-off, production readiness and post-go-live issue resolution across SAP, EDI, Esker and related OM platforms. Govern critical market escalations and customer-impacting issues, ensuring the right cross-functional owners are engaged and interim workarounds are defined where required. Expected Education & Job Requirement: Bachelor’s (required) /Master’s (Preferred) degree in Finance / Business Administration or Engineering. 5-10+ years Order Management, Supply Chain or Transformation Roles. Experience working in global or regional roles Expertise in process improvement and strategic planning Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions Ability to collaborate and influence diverse cross-functional teams and third-parties Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills- including engagement with senior leadership and third-parties Exceptional story-telling and presentation skills, with experience leading workshops Strong project management skills to lead multifunctional project teams Experience in a complex
