Specific responsibilities and desired experience include: Effectively lead a diverse team of Engineering Technicians in a dynamic product production environment. Set and promote high standards for quality and safety. Foster a working environment which reinforces and drives accountability to fundamental Northrop Grumman Values focused on integrity, quality, shared success, and innovation. Partner with engineering and program management peers to assure a balanced and efficient assignment of resources to support the Proximity Ammo programs and achievement in key performance metrics Drive Team Technical Excellence in Production.  Balance group workload and staffing requirements to meet current and future program needs.  Coach direct reports in the areas of career development, performance, and teamwork.   Provide training and development opportunities.  Provide continual feedback and hold quarterly connections.

We are emphasizing skills for this role.  Position requires 7 years of experience.  Will consider 3 years of experience w/ a BS degree or 1 year experience w/ a MS degree in an Engineering Discipline. 2+ years of people leadership experience Excellent communication skills – written and oral Experience working in manufacturing environment  Ability to solve problems and drive continuous improvements Basic understanding of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Advanced Degree Strong general knowledge in manufacturing methods and processes IPC J-STD-001 Certification Experience with SAP and Solumina   Primary Level Salary Range: $95,400.00 - $143,200.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
