EHS Manager

Job Title EHS Manager Job Description Summary This role is responsible for overseeing soft services operations within a critical facility environment, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and service quality. The position manages vendors, drives inspections and corrective actions, supports client and operational requirements, and promotes a strong EHS culture across all contractor and soft services activities.

About the Role: Supervise soft services operations, including cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and other facility support services, ensuring compliance with site standards and operational requirements Manage and coordinate soft services contractors and vendors, ensuring quality service delivery, performance compliance, and timely resolution of issues Ensure compliance with white-space access requirements and site protocols to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational integrity within critical environments Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks, identifying service gaps and implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards Support operational and client requirements through planning, reporting, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of soft services performance Promote and drive a strong   EHS   culture across all vendor and contractor activities, ensuring compliance with site safety policies and regulatory requirements About You: Experience in   EHS, facilities operations, soft services management, or vendor oversight   within a commercial, industrial, or critical environment Strong understanding of soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, waste management, pest control, and contractor coordination Familiar with inspections, audits, quality checks, and corrective action follow-up to maintain service and safety standards Able to manage vendors and contractors effectively, with a strong focus on compliance, service quality, and operational discipline Strong communication, planning, and reporting skills, with the ability to work closely with site teams, client stakeholders, and service providers Strong safety mindset and commitment to   EHS compliance , regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement       INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
