Services Account Manager

Help shape solutions and make a lasting difference in Enterprise Commercial customers’ businesses. As a Services Account Manager, you will work closely with large enterprise customers to help them get the most value from Microsoft products and services, solving complex challenges and supporting their long‑term transformation. You will partner with a broad virtual team across Microsoft, connect customer priorities to the right services, and create an environment where you continuously learn while driving meaningful, measurable impact. In this role, you will lead the services sales account strategy and translate customer business needs into the right mix of Microsoft cloud, artificial intelligence, security, and support solutions. You will determine how to prioritize a portfolio of accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and orchestrate services sales motions that drive adoption, renewals, and growth. You will use your consultative sales skills to qualify and shape strategic opportunities, manage renewals and expansions of Unified support, and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to delivery that results in successful outcomes for customers and for Microsoft. Lead the services sales account strategy for assigned Enterprise Commercial accounts, contributing insights to the broader account team and aligning services to customer priorities and Microsoft cloud objectives. Determine planning priorities across multiple accounts based on customer needs, revenue importance, growth opportunities, and risks, and drive intentional services conversations that position cloud, artificial intelligence, and security solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer and partner stakeholders, as well as Microsoft account, solution, and customer success teams, orchestrating a one‑team motion to deliver services that drive adoption and measurable outcomes. Identify, qualify, lead, and close strategic services opportunities, including Unified support renewals and expansions, enhanced solutions, and consulting engagements that advance the customer’s digital and artificial intelligence transformation. Create and execute high‑quality close plans for opportunities, maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting data, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery while monitoring customer experience and identifying future sales opportunities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND solid consultative sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g. finance, local government) or related work OR equivalent experience.
