Description Current Positions Available: *Please note: you will not select one of the following positions during the application process. This will be communicated and decided during the interviewing and hiring process. *ASSOCIATE: Working hours fall between 9am-9pm daily. Most associates work 2-3 days per week, 4-5 hours shifts. We offer very flexible scheduling whether you prefer mornings, midday, nights, etc. Weekend availability is not required but highly preferred with the ask for candidates to work at least two weekends per month. *Shipment: Looking for candidates that prefer to work early mornings (shipments are typically arrive Mondays & Fridays. Starting September 14th, shipments will be arriving daily, Monday - Friday) Typical hours worked are 7am - 12pm and candidates are not required to work each / every one of those days. *OPERATION / FLOORSET: Looking for canidates that prefer to work late nights (typical shifts are 6pm - 12am). Floorset operations days/shifts vary but typially are Sundays, Wednesdays of Thursdays and take take place 3-4 times per month (working every floorset day is not required but preferred for this role). Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works — understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge. Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations. Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on both the sales floor and at check-out. Provide a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, including ringing customer purchases at the cash register and keeping the cash wrap neat, clean, and stocked. Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant. Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed. All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds. Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.
