Property Manager - Property & Asset Management

At Brightstone - we are setting a new standard for excellence in residential property management, focused on enhancing resident satisfaction and property value for housing societies nationwide.   Oversee daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring optimal building performance and tenant satisfaction   Manage tenant relationships through regular communication, lease administration, and prompt resolution of service requests or concerns   Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects   Develop and manage annual property budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare detailed variance reports for ownership   Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for operational improvements   Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for services including cleaning, security, landscaping, and specialized building systems maintenance   Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations including safety codes, environmental requirements, and accessibility standards   Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports detailing occupancy levels, financial performance, and key operational metrics   Collaborate with leasing teams to support tenant retention initiatives and assist with property marketing efforts to prospective tenants   Location: On-site –Kolkata, WB Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
