Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Administrator located on Flex North . Reporting to the Industria VP, Operations the Administrator In charge of ensuring the correct payroll payment for all the employees of Flex Companies as well as the benefits associated to the salary defined for each entity. What a typical day looks like: Demonstrates commitment to implement initiatives. May make decisions when management is absent using broad guidelines. Provides input for team decisions. Prepares program reports for management, client, or others. Supervisory Responsibilities. Makes daily work assignments. Prepares written evaluations of assigned employees. Compiles data from previous work day and generates reports for management Initials time records to authorize variances. Interviews applicants that will be assigned to his/her area of responsibility. Participates in training programs and assists in orientation of new staff. Annually develops and implements a sound business plan that results in provision of quality care and a maximum return on investment. Reviews business plan with department heads at least quarterly to ensure that goals are attained. Reviews files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, dashboards, reporting, and trend analysis. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation for operational performance monitoring and decision-making. Experience utilizing statistical tools and methodologies to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets to generate accurate reports and actionable business insights. Experience developing KPIs, performance metrics, and management reports using Excel and other analytical tools. What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Competitive Salary.
