Como Líder B2B, serás responsable de gestionar acuerdos comerciales con clientes finales y distribuidores, con el objetivo de desarrollar y fortalecer las relaciones con nuestros clientes. Reportarás directamente al Territory Manager. Zona de trabajo: León, Irapuato y Celaya. Responsabilidades principales: Administrarás el presupuesto de los centros bajo tu responsabilidad. Darás seguimiento y atención a clientes de alto volumen, incluyendo la renovación de acuerdos comerciales. Comunicarás los objetivos del negocio. Desarrollarás estrategias comerciales que permitan incrementar tu cartera de clientes. Elaborarás reportes de facturación y darás seguimiento a distribuidores. Serás responsable del crecimiento de ingresos y del margen de utilidad de tus cuentas y territorios. Requisitos: Radicar en León o disponibilidad de radicar en la ciudad. Licenciatura en Arquitectura o Ingeniería Industrial. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en las actividades mencionadas anteriormente. (comercial) Experiencia en B2B portafolio industrial y decorativo.  Inglés intermedio. Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel, incluyendo funciones complejas.
