Service Technician

Position Overview The Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles according to manufacturer standards and company procedures. The role supports workshop operations by delivering high-quality technical service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining safety and operational excellence within the service center.

Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance activities. Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical faults using diagnostic equipment and repair manuals. Carry out repairs and maintenance according to OEM standards and workshop procedures. Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure vehicles are operating correctly before delivery. Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues with guidance from senior technicians or workshop supervisors. Accurately document repair findings, work performed, and parts utilized. Ensure timely completion of repair orders while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition. Follow all safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts teams to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction. Participate in technical training and continuously improve product and technical knowledge.
