Responsibilities: Perform Data Extraction and Data Analysis using tools like SQL, Python and other BI tools to identify trends, patterns and identify actionable insights from large and complex datasets. Analyze and validate business and insurance data from multiple sources including policy, claims, premium and financial datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness through data quality checks and reconciliation. Develop and automate analytical reports, dashboards and recurring processes using Python and  BI tools to improve reporting efficiency and support data-driven decision making. Collaborate with Cross-functional teams such as Actuarial, Underwriting, and Client to understand business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions and provide meaningful insights and recommendations. Present analytical findings and recommendation to stakeholders and senior management, clearly communicating key trends, business performance, data-driven insights and opportunities for process improvement.
