We are seeking a proactive and experienced Claims and Quality Process Coach to join our warehouse operations team, ensuring the highest standards of quality are consistently met and maintained. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for managing quality issues and dealer claims for Ford and VW Parts. You will oversee the investigation and resolution of quality issues while ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently. Your leadership will help maintain high standards, improve operational efficiency, and build strong dealer relationships.
