This is a temporary, 3-month assignment for a Technical Recruiter who enjoys partnering with hiring leaders, building talent pipelines, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and workforce planning objectives. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified technical talent. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and effective process management. Utilize recruiting analytics and market insights to inform hiring strategies and decision-making. Represent and promote the organization's employer brand through networking, social media, and talent engagement activities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for technical positions. Required experience using Workday ATS. Experience sourcing passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools and techniques. Experience using AI/LLM/Automation to create efficiencies throughout the recruiting process. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. Bonus Points Experience using Gem or other recruiting CRM Experience using Paradox or other automated scheduling platform Professional recruiting certifications such as AIRS or SourceCon, etc Experience supporting hiring initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in Lieu of Education Equivalent relevant experience performing the essential functions of this role may substitute for degree requirements. Generally, equivalent relevant experience is defined as one year of experience for one year of education and is at the discretion of the hiring manager.
