About this role
Growth Technology is the commercialization platform team for Intuit’s Consumer Group (powering TurboTax and Credit Karma). We are a hybrid team of product managers, system architects, and technical operators who build and run the content, data, decisioning, delivery, and measurement capabilities that drive growth across our ecosystem.
About the Role
As the M3 Product Manager for Unified AdTech, you will serve as the product leader and organizational manager defining platform strategy and building hands-on architecture and prototyping across Credit Karma and TurboTax. Each business unit carries distinct monetization (CPA, rev-share, CPC), funnel depth, and conversion latency — a card approval resolves over days, tax converts in a compressed season . You will lead a team of product managers and technical operators while owning the multi-year platform roadmap for ad signals, mobile attribution, consent management, dynamic creative, and media intelligence—maximizing the value realization of our enterprise 1st-party data and $1B+ in annual media spend. In this M3 leadership role, you will evolve our AdTech operating model from execution-led to platform-led eliminating tickets compressing time-to-revenue. Your charter is to integrate AI/ML into ad operations, and ensure our cross-brand media ecosystem is optimized for privacy-safe audience targeting, signal durability, and maximum ROAS.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do AdTech Product Strategy & Platform Vision: Define and champion the multi-year product strategy for the Consumer Group's AdTech ecosystem. You will oversee capabilities advancing our paid media teams, including DCO across CTV and digital, advanced CAPI & signal modernization across media partners (Meta, Snap, Google, OpenAI, etc.) and mobile-first strategies. Performance Marketing Intelligence: Drive measurable return on media investment by building measurement frameworks, bringing publisher data in-house, cross-brand publisher enablement, data clean rooms, building agentic bids and conversational-search ad presence. Web & Mobile Instrumentation Architecture: Oversee the pre- and post-auth web/app instrumentation roadmap. Privacy, Consent & Regulatory Governance: Serve as the primary technical sponsor for AdTech privacy compliance partnering with Legal/Privacy teams to approve complex data use cases, and cross channel identity. Always-On Automation & Operational Governance: Productize tag governance systems, automated diagnostic triage agents, app fraud/signal quality monitoring, and AI-assisted triage and diagnostic agent sharing insights and troubleshooting with marketers. Vertical-Aware Platform Design: Build shared capabilities scaling across Credit Karma's verticals - cards, personal loans, insurance, auto and home loans - and TurboTax's seasonal filing funnel. Own abstraction layer - shared signal pipelines, conversion taxonomy and value modeling that take vertical configuration without vertical rebuilds. Cross-Functional & Executive Alignment: Act as the central liaison connecting Digital Media, Performance Marketing, Data Science, Core Engineering, Legal, and external agency/platform partners (Google, Meta, LiveRamp).
Team
Leadership & People Management: Foster a culture of extreme ownership, operational excellence, and continuous development, setting clear team goals Qualifications What We're Looking For Experience: 10+ years of product management experience in Advertising Technology, Performance Marketing, or Media Operations, with 4+ years of direct people management. Deep Platform & Signal Depth: Technical fluency across the modern AdTech stack, including tag management (Tealium, Google Tag Manager), MMPs (Kochava, AppsFlyer), server-side conversion APIs, dynamic creative, clean rooms (Snowflake, Amazon Clean Rooms). Ability to design, debug and envision the systems in an agentic manner. Data, Identity & Privacy Foundation: Own cross-brand identity resolution as a
