And this role sits right at the centre of it. As an EKIN, you will become the face, voice and heart of Nike. Your passion for sport will be your guide. You will serve the Nike Sport Marketplace by educating and energising retail associates and sport communities through memorable experiences. You will leverage your expertise to serve athletes* and help them solve their problems. You will be the eyes and ears of Nike, observing and listening to the voice of athletes* and sharing those observations with Nike teammates. You will play a key role in bringing Nike's Mission to life every day. In this role, you will be field-based within the UK and Ireland marketplace. You will work fluidly across the London UK & Ireland Marketing team and with cross-functional partners to bring Nike's Running vision to life for consumers in the marketplace. You will work closely with Nike Direct stores, wholesale partners, running communities, and brand marketing teams at both London UK&I and EMEA level . You will also work closely with the EMEA EKIN team to stay connected to the latest strategies, product innovations and best practices. You will report directly to the Manager, Integrated Retail, EKIN London UK & Ireland. No two days will be the same. The shape of your day-to-day work will vary significantly, and your approach will need to adapt accordingly. Success in this role requires curiosity, collaboration, sound judgement and the ability to build strong relationships across a diverse set of partners and communities.

LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone with a passion for Nike, sport and Running . Someone who is curious about the UK running consumer and motivated to build authentic relationships within running communities. The successful candidate is a strong storyteller who can bring product innovation, athlete insights and brand stories to life in a way that connects with different audiences. They enjoy helping others learn, are comfortable presenting to groups, and can build credibility with retail partners, athletes and community members alike. They are organized, self- motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently. They bring a growth mindset, adapt quickly to changing needs, and are excited to contribute new ideas and perspectives from within the running world. You’ll bring : A deep passion for our brand, our mission, and our innovation. A genuine passion for Running and Training - living and breathing it everyday . Experience delivering education, coaching, training, product knowledge or learning experiences. Strong communication , presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences and build relationships with stakeholders, communities, retail partners and consumers. Good understanding of the UK running market, retail landscape and consumer , with an authentic connection to the running community. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Experience in content creation, digital storytelling and/or project management is advantageous . Flexibility to work across multiple locations within the UK & Ireland marketplace, including Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Birmingham, Dublin, Glasgow and Edinburgh Availability to work and travel across the UK based on business needs (tra vel and work may fall over weekends and odd hours).
