As the Senior Manager, MedTech Quality Communications, you will play an important role in driving our communication strategies for the quality function of our MedTech business. This is a critical position where you will join a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional partners to lead the development of quality-related communications to help protect and enhance company reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, MedTech Quality Transformation Office, this role will lead the management and execution of our MedTech quality-related communications. This will include, but not limited to: Lead the development of quality-related communication messaging and materials to help protect and enhance company reputation. Collaborate with teams from different businesses, regions, and functions to elevate our quality story and effectively convey important information to key internal and external stakeholders. Partner closely and support our MedTech Chief Quality Officer on strategic speaking engagements and external communications. Work with global Quality and Communications leaders for day-to-day management and coordination related to quality-related opportunities, issues, milestones, and audits. Ensure consistency in communications approach across MedTech and maintain knowledge of all quality communications. Monitor the competitive landscape for quality issues and advancements as well as potential risk and policy actions. Compete in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of all communication materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. Proven track record of at least 8 years in a communications or public relations role, preferably in the healthcare or MedTech industry. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messages for different audiences. Strong understanding of the MedTech landscape and the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling communications. Strong project management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Change management expertise, with the ability to address organizational change challenges. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative work
