Job Description
Responsibilities: Assist in design, creation and edit of still and motion graphics Deliver graphic elements and motion graphic packages as specified for broadcast Conceptualize and execute original motion title designs Research and request photos from photo editors Create photorealistic Photoshop composites from existing stock imagery Perform VFX duties including tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Fine Art or related field Must have at least two years professional (film, TV or advertising) experience working in motion graphics or adjacent field. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator Knowledge of various audio, video and image file formats and ability to convert or compress to various required specifications. Eligibility Requirements: Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV and reel to be considered Must be willing to submit to a background investigation Must be 18 years or older Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be able to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required Desired Characteristics: Excellent communication skills Self-directed with excellent organizational abilities Proficiency in Cinema 4D Ability to work under intense deadlines and quickly edit or adjust “day of” segments for broadcast. Familiarity with Slack and Dropbox Required On-Site: This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite. Hourly salary range: $17.50 - $20.00 The candidate who fills this position will be paid at least 60 hours per week regardless of whether they work less than 60 hours.
