What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Wealth and Asset Management Applications - P3 Roles and Responsibilities: • Project Role Description: • Application & Release Management Support - Review case tickets, research and provide resolution. • Escalate any tickets that needs tech resolution. • Testing Release Management - Review of User Story • Updating of User Story - Business update • Execution of Business Test cases • Post launch support - Business support • • • Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and processes • Accountable for creation and execution of business requirements, test plans, scripts cross-functional assessments • Elevate defects and issues to Management and test leads for concurrence • Must be able assist in analysis of issues and work with the Project Technology group in deciphering impact of the issues. Must be able to analyse defect and compare with requirements to identify gaps • Must be able to quickly analyse whether migration was success and identify production-related issues • Provide operational support in the form of researching, developing, and communicating solutions by effectively gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of actions, developing tools and or improvements • Participate in project activities including prioritizing, developing schedules, preparing plans, process and procedure documentation and effectively resolving issues as they arise • Communicate regularly with other UAT PMs, QA Leads, Project Managers, Development Managers and QA Core members • Communicate status to management and stakeholders as necessary through summary reports Any Graduation About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
