Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions for feedback issues. Collect feedback on product quality and service, continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, and drive ongoing improvements in the company's quality and service. Actively support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of new products for emerging markets and key customers to ensure satisfaction. Review warranty parts to ensure the timely supply of necessary components for resolving client issues. Review repair work orders, provide feedback, and finalize cost settlements. Organize communication meetings with the service team to maintain smooth communication. Plan and implement major projects, form relevant project teams, address unexpected issues as they arise, and ensure successful delivery of results. Collect quality information and related data on components, and assist the quality assurance and procurement departments with supplier quality improvement and claims. Over 3 years of experience as after-sales service or customer quality with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows. Bachelor's degree or higher in refrigeration engineering or a related field. Proficient in problem-solving tools such as 8D and KT. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
