Join Aon’s Early Careers team and help shape the next generation of talent through relationship-driven recruiting, university partnerships and providing an exceptional candidate experience. As an Early Careers Recruiter, you’ll lead recruiting activities that connect students and recent graduates with internship, co-op, and full-time opportunities across Aon Canada. This role brings together full-cycle recruiting, university engagement, stakeholder partnership, and talent assessment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll partner with hiring managers, represent Aon with prospective talent and serve as a brand ambassador and use data and insights to strengthen recruiting outcomes. Eligibility Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and Aon is unable to sponsor or assume sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 CAN. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. What the Day Will Look Like You’ll help connect students and recent graduates with opportunities at Aon by: Leading full-cycle recruitment for internship, co-op and graduate opportunities across Canada - from talent attraction and assessment through interviews, offers, and onboarding. Partnering with business and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs, shape recruiting strategies and provide market insights and recommendations. Building relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career centers to strengthen Aon’s campus presence and early careers pipeline. Creating a clear, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Managing accurate candidate records and recruiting workflows in Aon’s Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). Coordinating with recruiting operations and onboarding partners to support a smooth transition from offer acceptance to start date. Using recruiting data and insights to identify process improvements and strengthen hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and maintaining accurate, confidential candidate records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-volume hiring, campus recruiting, university relations, or early-careers programs. Experience engaging, assessing, or recruiting students, interns, or recent graduates. Professional fluency in written and spoken French and English, required for frequent communication with candidates, colleagues, and business partners across Canada, including Quebec.
