Our US Operations team partners closely with merchants, creators, brands, and cross-functional teams to build high-growth business categories and create long-term value for both sellers and consumers. Responsibilities - Develop category and business strategies by diagnosing key growth opportunities, structural challenges, and operational bottlenecks across TikTok Shop’s Collectibles business. - Partner closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement. - Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities. - Work with product & tech teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness.
