Internship Opportunities at Huntington: Huntington offers internship opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in an academic program and seeking practical, hands ‑ on experience in their field of study. Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments. Rising seniors ( Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 grads ) may participate in the Enterprise Internship Program , an 11-week , role-aligned experience where students work directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives. In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities. All i nterns participate in a variety of developmental and professional activities designed to support learning and exposure to the organization. Depending on your school year , p rogram components may include: Experience in day ‑ to ‑ day responsibilities related to their assigned team Exposure to broader business functions A structured schedule of professional development sessions Opportunities to engage with members of the Executive Leadership Team Discussions with senior leaders regarding career paths and Huntington’s business areas A team project focused on applying Huntington’s innovation framework to a business ‑ relevant problem Participation in volunteer activities and internal events aligned with Huntington’s culture CRB Cash & ATM Distribution Group } Internship Overvie w Within the Cash & ATM Distribution Group, interns gain exposure to banking operations and ATM/ITM fleet management while supporting meaningful initiatives that drive measurable operational improvements. Students partner directly with experienced professionals to contribute to impactful projects while developing knowledge in ATM/ITM functionality, fleet optimization, incident and problem management, process improvement, and AI-driven business solutions. Opportunities may include participation in new ATM/ITM functionality initiatives, operational analytics, process optimization efforts, and the evaluation of workstreams for automation and efficiency enhancements. Successful candidates are curious, collaborative, and eager to learn about careers in Cash & ATM Distribution, Business Analysis and Process Improvement Specialist.
