• Build messaging frameworks, demo narratives, playbooks, and customer-facing assets that enable field teams to confidently position Breeze Assistant.
• Own and evolve HubSpot’s AI Use Case Library, helping customers discover practical ways to solve marketing, sales, and service challenges with AI.
• Gather customer insights, competitive intelligence, product feedback, and market trends to continuously refine positioning and messaging.
• Develop scalable enablement programs that improve seller confidence, customer activation, and adoption of AI capabilities.
• Leverage AI-powered workflows to improve messaging development, content creation, competitive analysis, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications

• Proven success leading complex product launches involving multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
• Exceptional positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear customer value.
• Experience developing sales enablement content that improves field readiness and customer adoption.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills.
• Experience partnering closely with Product Management, Pricing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve quickly.
